These terms apply to Lombok Reflections, a for-profit Hijrah consultancy at lombokreflections.com. By using this website, contacting us, booking a call, or purchasing a package or digital product, you agree to these terms.
We provide information, consultancy, and relocation support related to living in Lombok. Guidance on visas, housing, and local life is practical help, not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Indonesian government rules can change; you remain responsible for your own applications and decisions.
Paid calls, packages, and digital books are due as described at checkout. Payments may be taken via Stripe payment links or PayPal. Digital downloads are delivered after payment is confirmed. Print editions, where offered, are fulfilled by the listed print partner.
You agree that the contact details and documents you send are accurate enough for us to help you. How we handle PII, analytics, and payments is described in our privacy policy.
We provide consultancy in good faith. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on third parties (banks, landlords, visa offices, airlines) or for losses beyond the amount you paid us for the specific service in dispute, except where the law says we cannot limit liability.
